By purchasing a service from MouseSEO S.r.l. ("MouseSEO", "we", "us") through mouseseo.com, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
MouseSEO provides digital marketing services including technical SEO, link building, SEO content production, Google Ads management, and local SEO. All services are delivered digitally. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing in the onboarding strategy document issued within the first two weeks of each engagement.
Services are not guaranteed to produce specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on market conditions, Google algorithm changes, and factors outside MouseSEO's control. We commit to delivering the specific activities and deliverables set out in each strategy document.
All prices are shown in EUR. VAT (IVA) may apply per Italian and EU tax law depending on the Client's status and location. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. via checkout.stripe.com. MouseSEO does not store payment card details.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. The first month is billed at the time of purchase. Subsequent months are billed on the same calendar day each month. Unpaid invoices beyond 14 days may result in suspension of services.
Monthly retainer services require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month period, services continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@mouseseo.com.
Cancellation during the initial 3-month period is not eligible for a refund except in cases covered by the Refund Policy. One-time services and add-ons are not subject to minimum commitments.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about their business, target market, and objectives. The Client must grant necessary access (Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads) for service delivery within 5 business days of purchase. Delays in granting access may delay service delivery without affecting billing periods.
The Client retains full ownership of their accounts, domains, and all work product produced under this agreement following payment.
Content (articles, copy, reports) produced by MouseSEO for a Client under an active contract becomes the Client's property upon receipt of payment. MouseSEO retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study (without disclosing confidential business data) unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
MouseSEO's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim. MouseSEO is not liable for indirect losses including loss of revenue, loss of rankings due to Google algorithm changes, or competitor actions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information received from the other party. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 3 years.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence (Firenze), Italy.
