2. Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, country.
• Order data: selected services, billing details, order history, and correspondence related to your order.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration — collected via server logs and analytics tools.
• Communication data: messages submitted via contact forms or email.
• Access credentials: Google Search Console, GA4, or Google Ads access granted voluntarily by clients for service delivery. These credentials are used solely for delivering the contracted service and are never stored beyond the active contract period.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe Inc.: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data submitted on checkout.stripe.com.
• Google LLC: analytics and advertising tools.
• Hosting provider: server-side data storage in EU data centres.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Chapter V transfer requirements.

5. Data Retention

Contact enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Order and billing data: 10 years (Italian civil and tax law). Analytics data: 14 months rolling. Access credentials granted by clients: deleted within 30 days of contract end. We review and purge retained data annually.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (where legally permissible), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) at www.garanteprivacy.it.
