All services provided by MouseSEO S.r.l. are digital services delivered in full or in part immediately upon purchase. By agreeing to these Terms at checkout, you acknowledge that service delivery begins promptly and agree to the conditions set out below.
Retainer fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once the onboarding process has begun (typically within 2 business days of purchase). Fees for future billing periods are not charged in advance and do not require refund.
If MouseSEO fails to deliver agreed deliverables as set out in the written strategy document through fault of MouseSEO (not client delays or access issues), a service credit equal to the value of the undelivered deliverables will be applied to the following billing period. This credit is the primary remedy for delivery shortfalls.
Add-on purchases (articles, reports, landing pages, citation audits) are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commencement is defined as the submission of a brief, the start of research, or the first draft delivery — whichever occurs first, typically within 5 business days of purchase.
If a one-time service is not commenced within 10 business days of purchase through fault of MouseSEO, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Purchased support hours are valid for 60 days from purchase. Hours not used within 60 days are forfeited. Refunds for unused hours are not provided after 14 days from purchase.
To request a refund, email billing@mouseseo.com with your order reference and a description of the situation. We respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital services. By confirming checkout and requesting immediate service commencement, you expressly consent to waive this right under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, consistent with Italian Consumer Code provisions for digital services that begin immediately.
