1. All Services Are Digital

MouseSEO S.r.l. provides exclusively digital services. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. All work product — reports, articles, strategy documents, analytics access, implemented technical changes, link placements — is delivered digitally via email, shared document access, or direct implementation on client systems.

2. Delivery Timeline by Service

Search Foundation (Technical SEO)

• Initial site audit report: delivered within 5–7 business days of access grant.
• Strategy document: delivered within 10 business days of purchase.
• Technical implementation specification: alongside or within 2 business days of audit report.
• Monthly on-page optimisation: completed within the relevant calendar month.

Link Velocity (Link Building)

• Backlink profile audit: delivered within 5 business days.
• First link placements: live within 3–4 weeks of engagement start (subject to editorial schedules).
• Live URL delivery report: issued within 5 business days of each link going live.
• Monthly link report: issued on or before the 10th of each calendar month.

Content Engine (SEO Content)

• Keyword universe and topic cluster map: delivered within 7 business days of engagement start.
• Article brief: provided before each article is written; client has 3 business days to approve.
• Published articles: completed within the relevant calendar month per agreed schedule.
• First article draft: within 10 business days of brief approval.

Paid Precision (Google Ads)

• Conversion tracking audit and rebuild: completed within 5 business days of account access.
• Campaign architecture document: delivered within 7 business days.
• Campaigns live: within 10–14 business days of account access (subject to Google review).
• Weekly performance check: every Monday by 10:00 CET.

Rank Radar (Local SEO)

• GBP audit and optimisation: completed within 5 business days of access.
• Citation audit: delivered within 7 business days.
• Citation corrections submitted: within 14 business days of audit.
• Local rankings report: issued monthly on or before the 10th.

Add-On Services

• Additional content article: delivered within 7–10 business days of brief approval.
• Competitor intelligence report: delivered within 5 business days.
• Custom landing page build: delivered within 10–14 business days of brief approval.
• Citation audit: delivered within 5 business days.

Support Hours

Hourly support time is scheduled directly with the relevant specialist via email. Support hours are consumed in blocks of at least 1 hour. Scheduling is subject to availability, with same-week slots typically available for active clients. Support hours expire 60 days from purchase.

3. Access Requirements

Timelines above assume the client provides necessary Google account access (Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Google Business Profile) within 5 business days of purchase. Delays in providing access push delivery timelines by an equivalent period.

4. Monthly Reports

Written monthly performance reports are delivered on the 5th of each calendar month for the prior month's activity. Reports are shared via email as a PDF and/or linked Google Document.
